Technical specifications for YE2 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors
On August 21-22, 2014, the promotion and implementation meeting of 8 standards, including JB/T 11707-2013 "YE2 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (frame numbers 80-355)" organized by the Secretariat of the National Rotating Electrical Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, was held in Shanghai. 130 people from 87 enterprises including motor factories, motor testing institutions, and motor parts enterprises participated in the promotion and implementation meeting. The eight standards implemented in this promotion are: JB/T 11707-2013 "Technical Conditions for YE2 Series (IP55) High Efficiency Three Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Numbers 80-355)"; JB/T 11708-2013 "Technical Conditions for High Efficiency Three-phase Asynchronous Motors for YFE2 Series (IP55) Fans (Frame Numbers 80-400)"; JB/T 11709-2013 "Technical Conditions for YSE2 Series (IP55) High Efficiency Three Phase Asynchronous Motors for Water Pumps (Frame Numbers 80-355)"; JB/T 11712-2013 "Technical Conditions for YZTE3 Series (IP55) Cast Copper Rotor Ultra High Efficiency Three Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Numbers 80-200)"; JB/T 11710-2013 "Technical Conditions for YVF3 Series (IP55) Variable Frequency Speed Control Three-phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Numbers 355-450)"; JB/T 11711-2013 "Technical Conditions for High Efficiency Three Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors for Refrigerators (Frame Numbers 280-315)"; JB/T 11280-2013 "Technical Conditions for YX Series High Efficiency High Voltage Three Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Numbers 355-630)"; GB/Z 22720.2-2013 "Identification and Approval Tests for Partial Discharge Resistance Electrical Insulation Structures (Type II) of Rotating Electrical Machines Powered by Voltage Source Frequency Converters". All 8 standards are newly formulated standards, of which 7 are product standards, industry standards, and 1 is a national standard, which is equivalent to the IEC motor insulation standard. The meeting was chaired by Li Xiuying, Deputy Secretary General of the Standardization Committee. Secretary General Chen Weihua introduced the background of the development and revision of the 8 standards promoted and implemented this time, as well as the role these standards play in the current development of the motor industry. All 7 product standards are urgently needed high-efficiency energy-saving motor product standards in the industry. The implementation of these standards is of great significance for improving the energy-saving motor standard system and promoting the market development of energy-saving products. Secretary General Chen also analyzed the current economic situation of the domestic motor industry, introducing the promotion of energy-saving products for the benefit of the people, the promotion of high-efficiency motors, the motor energy efficiency improvement plan, and the efficient remanufacturing of motors in the past two years. He pointed out that in the coming years, with the implementation of the national motor energy efficiency improvement plan, there is huge room for the development of energy-saving technology in motors and motor systems. At the same time, we hope that enterprises can fully understand the standards, implement them, and actively participate in the formulation and revision of standards, thereby driving the development of energy-saving technology for motors and systems. Subsequently, the responsible persons of each standard will preach the 8 standards separately. The responsible persons will combine the development background, design principles, and ideas of the product, as well as the prototype test results
